You’ve got questions, we’ve got answers.

Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers.
I've never surfed before. Can I take a lesson?

Of course! You can take a beginners lesson and go from there. If you want to really progress, you can get a 5-lessons pack. Even if you have never seen a surfboard before, we guarantee you will have fun and learn a new skill!

I can't swim, can I take a lesson?

If you can't swim, we suggest you stay with the beginners, since the lesson takes place in the white wash, so it's not deep waters and you don't need to know how to swim.

What should I bring to my surf lesson?

We provide all the necessary equipment, including surfboards, wetsuits and boots. You just need to bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and water to stay hydrated. If you have a wetsuit or board you'd prefer to use, feel free to bring it along!

How long does it take to learn how to surf?

It varies from person to person. Some people are able to stand up on the board during their first lesson, while others may need a few more sessions to feel comfortable. Consistency and practice are key. We focus on building your skills progressively so that you gain confidence in the water.

Is surfing safe for kids and older adults?

Absolutely! We offer lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels. Our instructors ensure a safe and fun environment for all students, providing the right guidance and equipment to match each individual's needs, whether they're children, teens, or older adults.
*** If your kids want to take a lesson and they are less than 10 years old, please let us know via WhatsApp.

What is the best time of year to take surf lessons?

We offer lessons year-round, but the best time depends on your skill level and goals. On summer and early autumn the waves are typically smaller and more manageable. If you are an advanced surfer seeking bigger swells, winter and early spring bring larger waves.
